How do I schedule an in-home estimate?
Estimates can be requested online or by calling our showroom at (614) 333-0504. Once submitted, you will hear from our office manager to confirm your details and a date/time for your appointment.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?

No, all of our appointments happen on-site so we can properly measure and assess your space. We do not have a public showroom for customers to visit or view our products.

Absolutely! We offer motorized options for many of our blinds and shades. How do I pay for my window coverings?

We offer a variety of payment methods for your order, including cash, check, credit card, and ACH.

Because each order is custom-made, we do require 75% of the total bill as a deposit since the products cannot be returned. The final 25% is due when they are installed.

Do you offer any warranties on your products?

Yes, all of our custom window treatments come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length and coverage of the warranty vary by product, but typically they cover defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll go over the specific warranty details during your consultation to ensure you’re fully informed.

How do I care for and clean my window coverings?

The care and cleaning process depends on the material of your window coverings. For most blinds and shades, regular dusting or vacuuming with a soft brush attachment will suffice.
